Shipping Policy

Shipping within India

  • We provide free shipping for all order above Rs. 990 within India.
  • If the order is returned due to incorrect address at the time of the order and the order returns back to us then the shipping charges for the returned package will be charged. In addition to the return shipping charges, the additional shipping charges will be applied to dispatch the order again.
  • All orders are shipped out the next day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate the below transit time depending on city. The transit time below is after the order is dispatched. Please note we dispatch orders the next day after receiving your order.
    • Mumbai – 1-2 Days
    • Metros: 2-5 Days
    • Rest of India: 3-6 Days
    • North east, Kerala & Jammu & Kashmir: 4-9 Days
  • Orders received on Saturdays are dispatched on Monday as there are no dispatches on Sundays. Same applies for any public holidays.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, refuse to take delivery of the package and send us an email at care@ashbabotanics.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian tax regulations.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren’t sure, we encourage you to email us before placing your order. 
  • In case the order could not be delivered due to error in shipping address and the recipient's unavailability (over phone or email) by our courier partner then the package would return back to us. In that case Rs. 100 or the shipping fees whichever will be higher will be applicable while refunding the order amount. If you opt to reship the package then the reshipping fees will be applicable.
  • If there is any issue with the delivery and shipment is not received after the status is delivered then please contact us within 48 hrs after the status shows delivered. We will not be able to work on delivery issues which are raised after 48hrs.
